I’m an HCI researcher with 4+ years of experience working with low tech literacy users, trying to make the internet a safe space for all.

I am currently pursuing my masters in Human Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University. My work sits at the intersection of human - AI communication, digital trust, and platform governance.
Before CMU, I spent over four years leading research projects at Razorpay, Microsoft, and Meesho. Most of it came back to people a system leaves behind: merchants stuck at compliance checks, rural women getting online for the first time on products built for someone else. At CMU I've moved that question upstream through coursework in Responsible AI, Ethics & Policy in Computing, and Augmenting Intelligence, exploring how responsible design and research can guide the next generation of intelligent systems.
